REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Venture Days 2015 startup and investor passes, exhibitor tables, pitch decks and other packages are eligible for cancellation. For any cancellations received prior to June 30, 2015 a full refund will be issued. Requests for cancellations received prior to August 1, 2015 will be subject to a 50% refund.

Cancellation requests got after the stated deadline will not be honored, except for visa application refusal upon providing official refusal letter from the embassy or consulate. Partial refund may be granted if a delegate is not able to attend the meeting due to medically verifiable reasons, family death or other extraordinary circumstances.

Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to registration@venturedays.com.

Substitution

Registered delegates are free to send a substitute in their place instead of requesting a refund. Just send us an e-mail stating your request.

Event Cancellation

Venture Days reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to reasons which would make the even non-viable.

In case Venture Days cancels the event, the delegates will get a 100% refund. If the event is postponed and the delegate is not able or do not want to attend in on the rescheduled date a full refund will be issued.
